JACOB SAVITT, Principal
Jacob started Land Lease Capital Advisors (L2Cap) in 2020 to focus on ground leases and joint venture transactions in emerging sub-markets in the New York City Metropolitan area. Jacob is responsible for sourcing new development opportunities, strategic partnerships, financial analysis, negotiating deals to closing, and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Prior to L2 Capital Advisors, Jacob worked at Puzzle Equity Solutions LLC. Jacob has facilitated commercial real estate transactions in excess of $100 million in Brooklyn & Queens, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from New York University.
KENT TOR, Director, Investments
Since inception, Kent oversees all financial analysis and due diligence for potential development opportunities, leveraging real estate data to determine deal feasibility. Kent is responsible for managing the associate team, as well as procuring development partners for select transactions.
Prior to L2 Capital Advisors, Kent worked at Puzzle Equity Solutions LLC & NSRE Inc. Kent holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from New York University.
